Updated all Cost but Orders not updating after Re Run

    I Have Updated all Costs and Re Run Sync.

    However Some orders still show cost as Zero.

    Hi Navneet,

    Sorry for the reply. Actually, we didn’t receive your question on Zendesk because we were having some issues with it. But it has been fixed now.

    Regarding the issue, in the “Tools & Reports” section, under “Reports > Order reports: order status”, please check that the relevant order has been selected. The cost won’t be shown in the “Analytics” until the order status is set to the relevant order status in “WooCommerce > Orders”.
