    We have a customer with Portuguese Vat PT215028961. In woocommerce applies vat on purchases. I have entered the number in the VIES and it is correct.

    I have checked that as well and that works fine. But the 0% to everyone outside EU does not work…

    We still have the same problem, when the customer places the order, 21% VAT is applied, when 0% should be applied.
