Hello,
I just purchased that VAT plugin for woocommerce. I am struggling for a while to get the correct settings on my site http://www.audiotweaks.nl/. We are Located in NL
What I wish to have:
-Show product prices standard including 21% and excluding tax for every user. So 2 prices.
-Generate 0% tax after correct VAT validation number for companies in EU (excluding NL)
-Generate 0% tax to all customers outside of EU
-Is it possible to show always 21% tax in the shop before someone entered a shipping/billing address?What can I do to set this up correctly with the plugin?

Sorry for the delay, we had an issue with our mailing service, now everything should be back.
We’ll be glad to set this up for you, part of it is in the plugin settings, and others in Woo tax, please send us wp-admin access to [email protected] and we will take it from there.

Why don’t you just explain to us all how to generate 0% tax to all customers outside of EU?
My potential customers from outside the EU turn away when they see no VAT exemption in their invoices.
An EU VAT manager that does not automatically set VAT to 0% for non-EU customers is a very malfunctional EU VAT manager.

I’m Mostafizur from support and first of all, sorry for the late reply but I’ll be helping you with this issue now.
To set a 0% VAT rate for customers outside the EU, you can do the following in WooCommerce:
1. First you need to go to your TAX settings. So please navigate to “WooCommerce > Settings > TAX”,
2. Then in the “Standard Rates” tab, add a new row. Then for the “Country code” enter “*” (this covers all countries not specifically listed, covering non-EU countries) and leave “State code”, “Postcode”, and “City” empty,
3. Set the “Rate %” to “0” there,
4. Then save your changes.
This setup will apply a 0% VAT rate for all non-EU countries.
