Hi, I am using the plugin and it works fine. There is only one condition that is not correct, my store is located in Italy and whoever places the order from Italy, even with a valid VAT, must pay the VAT.
At this moment, if a valid VAT is entered from Italy, the system removes the taxes (which should remain).How can I do?

Sorry for missing this thread! You should select Base country on “Preserve VAT in the following countries” under 2nd tab.
