VAT returned not valid

    Hello,

    I just installed the free plugin but when i enter a valid vat number to test i keep getting the “this is not a valid number” error when checking the number. Am i missing something or am i doing something wrong here?

    Hi Miriam,

    In some cases, it happens to be a temp issue from the EU servers, please test the VAT number here and if it worked there while didn’t (the same time) on your store, please reach us with wp-admin access to check the logs at [email protected]
