I had 15 orders today and just installed this pro plugin. I’m not seeing any data in the reports. There is a column for cost and profit but it’s all empty. I tried using the force cost update but that didn’t seem to work. What do I need to do to get this to show up?
Hi,
In the plugin’s settings can you please use the option under Tools & Reports > Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit and save changes. This will recalculate the order costs and profits for the old orders. For any orders that you receive while the plugin is active it should automatically calculate them.
