    I really don’t know how it happens.

    All was working until by mistake I deactivated the Cost of goods PRO.  So when I went back into reactivate I lost Bulk edit cost under tools.

    So I removed the plugin Pro and re-installed the zip file sent to me and made no difference.

    Please advise

    This app really helps my reporting.

    Hi Richard,

    Can you please send me a screenshot of your “tools” menu?
    Meanwhile, can you please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin?

    Instead of the screenshot, would it be possible to take a look at your site?

    Can you create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could log in and check what’s going on? If that’s the case, please send a message to [email protected].
