Hi, I have a problem with the profit and cost calculation. Practically this option does not work if the order is refunded. In the discussions I see that many people had this problem and if the order is refunded, the cost and profit value remains the same.

P.S I did all the settings you noted, recalculated, but no change.

    Hi Gergana,

Have you tried our Refund options on the Orders section settings? Anyway, if you’re trying to ignore the refunded orders on the Analytics, you can simply use the Advanced Filters from Analytics > Orders and exclude the refunded orders.

In that case, can you please create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could log in and check what’s going on? If that’s the case, you can send an email to [email protected].

Also, please point me to some refunded order that doesn’t have the correct profit/costs and what would be the expected value.
