    Hi,

    After select to reset password, why the user cannot login and the account is disabled/unverified? Is this normal? what if someone select reset by mistake?

    Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear you’re having problems.

    Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > General and enable the Password reset > Verify the user on password reset option? Also, ensure that the WooCommerce and Email Verification plugins are up to date.

    “Verify the user on password reset” option is selected, wc 6.4.1 and last v of your plugin!

    I will create for you a new user and DM to [email protected]
