Hi – We are experiencing an incompatibility between the COGS plugin and the Avatax plugin when processing subscription renewals.
When a subscription renews, the amount charged is $0 so it never goes to the payment processor and the subscription order continues as if the payment were processed.
When we disable either the COGS plugin or the Avatax plugin, the subscription appears to process normally.
This behavior just started towards the middle or end of November – before that time subscriptions processed normally with both plugins installed and functioning.
