I have replied to you on email. But for the benefit of other users posting here as well.
Please disable the free plugin and only have the pro version installed.
Then a couple of reasons why the limits might not be working. First under the General tab, Order statuses section, could you please select the relevant order statuses.
Also under the General tab could you please make sure the correct date range is defined for the limits.
FInally under the Tools tab can you please recalculate the sales data.
