    Hi, I’m using the Pro version and it shows the pop-up nicely on checkout etc. but not when I add a product to cart (via Ajax)

    Sorry for the delay.
    Do you have your “AJAX add to cart notice” option enabled?

    Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
