I experience the same! my limits are absolutely ignored.

The way I have it set up “Lifetime” limits set by-product to 1. Nevertheless still possible to purchase more than 1!

    Hi John,

Please take a look at your “General > Order statuses” option and make sure that the new orders are able to reach that same statuses. This is how the plugin considers a purchase.

Yup. Adding “Processing” did the trick!

    Hello Pablo,

Yes, my order statuses shows “completed” but the plugin is not keeping track of the customer’s completed orders.

In that case, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

Please send a message to [email protected] with the credentials.

    Hello Pablo,

Per your suggestion I changed the the “Date range” from “This day” to “Last 24 hours”.  The plugin seems to be tracking customer purchases now but there doesn’t seem to be a set daily limit reset time.  When is the daily limit suppose to reset? I thought it was suppose to be 12:00am UTC but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Each test I’v done the reset has happened at different times.  Also,  the “%first_order_date_exp_timeleft%” placeholder does not work.  It constantly gives the wrong information.  Please see the email I sent for more information.
