hello, i want to assign different cost of goods for different lots of the same product. i selected the “add stock” to activate this, but when i navigate to the product page there is no alteration.

also, i want to run profits retroactively to all existing orders on the site. is this possible? i am currently not seing costs or proffits for any previous orders.

    solved the historical order data.

still have the add stock problem.

and now another problem: i have setup the shipping fees, and the system has calculated correctly the costs of the orders according to the rules. however, it does not work when I manually create the order. any idea why? i create the order, add the free shipping for the customer (which should generate the cost as per the settings)), but it does not generate the cost. help!

    Hi Daniel,

For the Add Stock option on the product page, at the top right there will be screen options please enable the Cost of Goods: Add stock option from there.

For the shipping fees is that only for manually created orders from the back end or for all orders it is not working?

screen options – add stock is enabled, but it is still not visible in product page. i assume that under inventory there should be an option to add stock with a different cost?

also, shipping costs are not being added when the orders are created manually from the backend. all frontend orders created by customers are correctly showing shipping costs.

    please avsise
