    Hello,

I am having an issue where the amount left for free shipping works as expected while logged in but when not logged in, a guest will get a message that they will have free shipping no matter what amount gets put in to the cart.

Basically, I have a min order set for $40.00 for free shipping. While logged in to the website and adding items to the cart, the plugin displays the correct amount left. If I add a $21.00 item, it will say $19.00 left for free shipping. It works as expected. However, when not logged in to the site, with the cart cleared, I can add an item that is $20.00 and it displays that there is free shipping. Doesn’t matter what the price is, it will always say free shipping.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello Carm,

I hope you are well today. Thanks for pointing out the issue.

For a temporary fix, please go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Free Shipping > Manual min amount section, and ensure that the section is enabled. Then set the Amount option to 40. Then the plugin should work for the guest users also.

Please let me know if you face any issues.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hi Carm,

Besides the suggestion of activating the “Manual min amount” option, you can also try the option Advanced > AJAX > Enable AJAX.

Let us know if it helps.

    Hello,

I set the manual min amount, I had AJAX already enabled. Everything works fine now. Thanks!
