Why is the progress bar not full even though free shipping has been reached?

    Hello,

    we are currently building a new mini cart and would like to integrate the “Amount Left for Free Shipping for WooCommerce” plugin into it. This has worked well so far. But there are some issues.

    Free shipping is € 99. If someone exceeds this limit, the Progress Bar will not be completely filled out. In addition, a notice appears that € -0.75 is missing.

    Why is the Progress Bar not full even though free shipping has been reached?
    Is it possible to hide the missing amount, when the free shipping is reached?

    Hi Felix,

    Sorry for the long delay.
    I really wasn’t able to reproduce the issue here. When the free shipping is reached the plugin should display the option: “Message on free shipping reached”
    Can you please share your plugin’s settings with a screenshot maybe?

    Meanwhile, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
