Why is the user getting error message after clicking on the verification link?

Hey there,

I have a user who gets an error message after clicking the verification link, resent it multiple times but every time the same error message. What could be the problem?

Hello,

I am really sorry to know you are having difficulties.

In the plugin’s settings, under the Advanced settings, set the Authenticate filter option to “authenticate” filter and see if the issue persists.

Please let us know if it doesn’t help.
