Hi, I’ve installed the plugin and I want to add a url to my newsletter. It’s a variable subscription product so I want to send my customers to the product page. When they add to product to the cart the coupon needs te be applied. But when I try it myself nothing happens. Can you help me fix this? Sorry for the delay.
Please try enabling the “Delay coupon” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > URL Coupons > General Options”.
Also, for the guest (i.e. not logged) users, you may want to enable the “Force session start” option there.
