Why orders with pending status don’t have profit calculated?

hello
i buy Cost of Goods for WooCommerce Pro plugin it is very nice but when order come with pending status the profit not calculated i try to fix it from setting plugin without any response.
please how can fix it?

Hi,

In your dashboard please navigate to

WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Orders

In the order profit section, you can select the relevant order statuses. If you select Processing or Pending Payment, the calculations will be done.
