I just purchased the plugin. No message is being loaded. I activated Cart, Checkout, Minicart – no message displayed. I added the shortcode in the theme Cart, Checkout, Minicart – still no content loaded from the plugin. I cleared cache, checked in incognito, etc. I use Flatsome theme.

Under the General settings, can you please ensure the plugin is enabled. Can you also try and enter a minimum amount for the free shipping notice to be displayed, in the Min cart amount field.
Can you also confirm you are using the standard WooCommerce free shipping option?

In your WooCommerce settings i.e. WooCommerce > Settings> Shipping section can you please make sure you have set up Free shipping to require a minimum amount.
Can you also please update to the latest version V 2.0.4 and under the General settings, Ajax Options enable the Force update option.

Thank you for sending your website’s details on email. I was able to fix the issue. As suggested earlier you needed to check the minimum amount which the user has in their cart for the free shipping difference to be calculated.
This option is under General > Minimum cart amount section. You had entered $60 as the minimum amount a user should have in their cart for the message to display. In the Free shipping method also you had set the minimum amount required for free shipping as $60, hence no message was displayed.
I have change the Minimum cart amount section to $5 and it is working now.
