Hi, I just recently got the COG plugin. I have a question with regards to orders. I enabled the setting to show COG and profit on the “Orders section”. But I only see R0.00 on profit. I went into an order we just got recently to see that perhaps I didn’t update the cost price of the items in the order but it turns out its products I had already updated. But for some reason, the cost price of those items is not picked up under “orders” and I have to manually edit the same products again per order. what could be wrong?

Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
