WordPress error

    Dear Support team,

    we are using Order Status Rules to change the order status to a new one.

    The new status was created by another plug in.

    Unfortunately, this is not working for specific product categories. If I try to to it manually via your plug in we are getting a WordPress error.

    Do you have any idea how to resolve that ?

    Sorry to hear that there are troubles with the plugin.

    Would it be possible to share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])? Please let me know if sharing an account is not an option, and I will continue solving it remotely.

    If anyone else is having a similar issue – although I wasn’t able to reproduce the error on my test server, we’ve added additional safe-checks to our code in the plugin v2.1.0, so now this WordPress error shouldn’t happen under any conditions.
