Participantmy shop worked fine, after enabling 2x options in the cost module, the site started crashing on backend orders.
the Frontend shows HTTP ERROR 500
debub log says:
PHP Notice: Undefined property: Alg_WC_Cost_of_Goods_Orders::$order_columns in /home/customer/www/officesoftware.shop/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce/includes/class-alg-wc-cog-orders.php on line 815

when I uncheck these 2x options, everything is normal.
Also, I cannot find any report that shows the total profit per day/MTD/YTD anywhere. I see the profit only on the orders.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
We have been unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please ensure that you are using the latest version of WooCommerce and our plugin?
Kind regards,

ModeratorHi,
Sorry for the long delay.
I couldn’t reproduce the error yet. There is something I couldn’t get from your question. If it’s crashing on backend orders, then why the error is showing on the frontend? Can you please elaborate on that?
I believe I was able to fix the PHP Notice on the new version (v3.0.3) I just released. Please, update the plugin and let me know if it helps.
Regarding your last question, maybe you can try the “WooCommerce Analytics > Revenue” page. In order to see the cost and profit there, you just need to enable our Analytics options present at “Tools & Reports > Analytics”.

ParticipantHi,
I’m having the same issue with the lastest version of Woocommerce and the Cost of Goods Plug-in. When I try to add a backend order, the site crashed and I see a 500 error.
The error messages in the log are about PHP memory exhausted: 2023/08/29 09:29:27 [error] 11759#11759: *282986 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/detailingaddictcom_762/public/wp-includes/functions.php on line 650” while reading upstream, client: 193.151.184.63, server: http://www.detailingaddict.com, request: “POST /nl/wp-admin/post.php HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php8.0-fpm-detailingaddictcom.sock:”, host: “www.detailingaddict.com:32259”, referrer: “https://www.detailingaddict.com/nl/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=shop_order”
I have not yet tried turning off the 2 options the topic starter is talking about, but at least previously it worked with those options on.
