ParticipantAfter a new user fills out the WooCommerce Registration Form and selects “REGISTER,” the form fields are cleared, but there is no notice on the page indicating that they will receive an email and need to activate their account. Yet they receive the email with the proper “click here” to verify.
How do I get the message/notice: “Thank you for your registration. Your account has to be activated before you can login. Please check your email.” to display?
I have tried all the various options, but no luck.
Thanks,
Peter
September 1, 2023 at 9:11 am #122838Hi Peter,
I apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
It is possible that the issue is related to the cache. Could you please clear your browser caches, and if you are running a cache plugin, then please try and deactivate it? But please let us know if the issue persists.
Kind regards,

ParticipantHi Moshtafizur,
I have tried this and tested on two different browsers and still have the same issue. I also did a reset on each of the apps setting pages. Still no message being displayed to the user.
To confirm, the registration is a WooCommerce customer registration. The registration panel is on the same page as the Login panel and is shown on the My Account page.
So, to be clear where is the message ““Thank you for your registration. Your account has to be activated before you can login. Please check your email.” supposed to show on the screen?
As indicated earlier, I have tried various settings. Perhaps I am missing something.

I apologize to you for not getting back to you sooner. We receive a lot of tickets each day, which sometimes causes a delay in our response time.
I think it might be a CSS issue. But could you kindly share your WordPress dashboard access so that we can check the issue closely? Then please send the login details to [email protected].
Please include the link to this conversation while sending the login information.
Regards.
