Hello,
Sometimes it has been observed that if your site is having too many Shipping Methods then the site might slow down a bit because Custom Payment Gateways have an option to set gateways based on Shipping methods.
If you do not want to set conditions based on Shipping methods, I will recommend you to set the “Shipping Methods” option to “Do not load”. Here is a screenshot for the same: https://prnt.sc/_sX8OitlBNl5
Please let me know if you still face this problem after setting it to Do not load.

Dhruvin ShahAugust 20, 2022 at 11:08 am in reply to: The checkout screen did not automatically calculate the shipping fee #94753Hi,
There could be a problem with the Google API key which could be causing the Shipping charge to not calculate automatically.
Can you please enable debug by setting
debug="yes"
in the shortcode?
There you will be able to see what the exact problem could be related to the key.
If it might be difficult to understand the logs you can send over the details to me at [email protected]

DhruvinHello Alex,
I was able to replicate your issue where the instructions and the email instructions were not getting translated into the language selected.
I am working on a fix for this and shall release an update soon that will solve this problem.
I will notify here once the update is released.
Best Regards,
DhruvinHi Jack,
Like I informed you over email, you can exclude taxes for the Shipping Methods by using the changing the Tax Status option. You can set that to None.
In case anyone else also looking to exclude taxes can use this option.
Best Regards,
Dhruvin ShahHi David,

You can restrict the API key from the Google Console. You can go to Credentials and click on the API key you want to restrict.
Now set the restriction you would like to set.

Dhruvin ShahHi Joko,
As discussed over the email, this issue no longer appears for you hence closing this query.
Regarding your other query, I will reply back over our email communication going on.

DhruvinHi,
Sure, here is a code that you can try in the template that you have:
<span style="color:red;">(%variation_price%)</span>
As you can see above you need to wrap the %variation_price% tag with a span and add color in the form of style.
Please let me know if this helps or not. Else you can share your current template and I can share the updated template code with you.
Best Regards,
DhruvinHi Joko,
The calculation you shared above is completely possible. The calculations would work completely fine.
There are some more options too available for rounding which you can try.
Best Regards,
DhruvinHi Joel,
I have replied back over the email since I will need some more details.
Best Regards,
DhruvinHi Virginie,
That’s strange that you are getting this error on activation. Can you please share more details on the WordPress and WooCommerce versions you are trying to install.
Apart from these versions the other thing could be the file being uploaded is corrupted or partial. Can you please try again downloading and installing the plugin? I can share a copy via email if you want.
Best Regards,
DhruvinHi Maggie,
I have replied back to you via email since I would need more details to debug this issue. We can continue with the conversation over email.

DhruvinNovember 29, 2021 at 6:12 pm in reply to: Distance based shipping method with the following formula? #94723Hey there,
Yes, it is possible to configure as per your needs. You can use the below shortcode in the Cost field.
[costs_table prop="distance" table="0-10|10-10+distance*2|40-10+distance*2" key="YOUR API Key" default_distance="10" debug="yes" units="mi"]
Look forward to helping you further.
Best Regards,
DhruvinFor anyone else who might be facing this issue. We have released an update to the plugin that would solve this issue.
It was an issue with compatibility with other payment gateway plugins.
Hi Gavin,
I would need some more details on what could be going wrong for you. It could most probably be some other plugin conflicting with the available gateways on the store.
Btw, I did a test with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce and everything seems to be working fine at my end.
I will drop an email to continue this discussion further.
Best Regards,
Dhruvin -
