Can we limit the number of orders per subscriber with WooCommerce Subscriptions?

    Hello, we are currently using WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions paid plugins.

    I would like to know if it is possible to limit the number of orders for a given user during a subscription period.

    For example, each subscriber is limited to 20 orders of a pre-defined set of products in each subscription period. Once that number is exceeded, further orders are not allowed until the subscription resets.

    In addition we would prefer to have a rollover option, so if a subscriber does not use his or her allotment, it rolls over to the next subscription period.

    Is this something that is possible with your plugin? Note that we are only using woocommerce subscriptions and not memberships at the moment.

    With our Min Max Default Quantity for WooCommerce plugin, we cannot fulfill your specific requirement of limiting the number of orders to 20 for a predefined set of products within each subscription period. However, we have an alternative solution that may suit your needs.

    Our Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce plugin allows you to limit the number of products a user can purchase, but please note that it is not compatible with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin at the moment. It works seamlessly with the WooCommerce Membership plugin, the Memberpress plugin, and the Sumo Membership plugin.

    Regarding the rollover option, currently, our plugin does not support carrying over unused allotments to the next subscription period. However, We will consider adding this feature in future updates.

    Sorry for the reply. Actually, we didn’t receive your question on Zendesk because we were having some issues with it. But it has been fixed now.

    Regarding your question, we are sorry to let you know that we don’t offer a trial version of our premium plugin. But we do offer a 30-day refund policy. So if you buy the plugin and end up not liking it, you can ask for a refund.
