EAN search in Flatsome theme

Hi there,

I installed the EAN for woocommerce plugin. If I am looking for an EAN exactly, it will also be displayed. However, if I only search for the first 5 numbers, no article will be found. Is there a solution for this? I use the flatsome theme.

Hi Normal,

Generally, search is working even if only a part of EAN number is entered. Not completely sure about the Flatsome theme though – let me test it – will get back to you shortly…

You were right – in Flatsome theme it required full EAN match. Please update the plugin to the latest v2.4.2 – it should be fixed now.

Please give it a try and let me know if it’s not working as expected.
