ParticipantHi Lisa,
I hope you’re doing well today.
Our development team has thoroughly tested your site and confirmed that the Order Status Rules plugin is functioning correctly and can change order statuses as expected. Could you please review the issue once more?
Thank you!

ParticipantWhat?! Please look at the 65 orders marked “Completed.” Almost all of these should have other statuses.
Order #600565, for example, says:
Status scheduled to be updated from
Completed
toItem Shipped, Download Available
(Rule #4: Item Shipped, Download Available) on June 25, 2024 11:43 am (i.e., now). Current time is June 27, 2024 12:31 pm.July 1, 2024 at 8:11 pm #144961Moshtafizur
ParticipantHi there,
In such a case, please go to the “Tools” section and enable the “Run all rules now”. Let us know if the issue persists.
Kind regards.

ParticipantYes. Running all rules did nothing.

ParticipantMy initial post on April 12 outlines exactly what the problem is. I still have no indication that anyone has actually read it, let alone tried to fix it. I should not have to change order statuses manually when the entire purpose of this plugin is to eliminate that exact thing.

ParticipantHi Lisa,
I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you are facing. Actually we have checked the site – it seems to be the Order Status Rules plugin is working correctly.
We didn’t find any rules with a delay – it seems that for all rules, the “Time trigger” is set to 0. In this case, periodical processing is not applied and statuses are changed right away when the order is updated. Could you please run some tests now with new orders and see if you face the same issues again with the plugin?
Kind regards.

ParticipantIt’s very plainly NOT WORKING when I have statuses that have not changed, all with messages like the one below. Please look directly at the problematic orders.
Most recent is order #600603 from June 28:
Status scheduled to be updated from
Completed
toItem Shipped, Download Available
(Rule #4: Item Shipped, Download Available) on July 1, 2024 8:23 am (i.e., now). Current time is July 4, 2024 7:38 pm.July 15, 2024 at 11:41 pm #146131Lisa Adams
