ParticipantHi,
I posted a note yesterday but its not appearing in the list, so i am reposting.
I purchased the pro version of this plugin.
I have a product called ‘sample bundle’ that i am offering to customers.
i want to limit it to max of 1, per customer, for lifetime.the plugin restrictions are working fine.
however, i can’t see any error messages
so its really confusing for users on why the checkout is not working.I have built my pages using elementor.
please assist on diagnosing why the error messages are not working.
if u need links to the site, please email /message meregards,

Could you please check if the “Cart notice” checkbox is enabled in “WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend”? This should output the notices on the cart page.
Also, if the “Validate on add to cart” checkbox is enabled (again in “WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend”), it should output the notice right after your customer adds a product to the cart.
And finally, could you please try setting the “Single product page” option (again in “WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend”) to different values (except “Disable”) and then check if info is appearing on the single product pages.
If none of the above helps – could you please share access to your site (my email is [email protected])?
P.S. Regarding your yesterday’s note – you have accidentally posted it on our other plugin’s page – Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce – we’ve just removed it from there.

ParticipantHi Tom,
All the settings were as per your instructions.
The only front-end notification that works is the ‘single product page notice’.
Where a limit message appears on the top of the page.i have shared access to your email.
