Hi Vytautas,
Did you try enabling “Modify query” checkbox in plugin settings?
Best regards,
TomHi,
Sorry for not replying earlier. Unfortunately no – there are no demo campaigns available at the moment. Will try to add it as soon as possible.
Best regards,
TomHi,
We’ve just released new plugin version 2.8.2 and added “Google” as an exchange rates server option there.
Best regards,
TomHi,
After the purchase you should have received the email with download link for Pro version’s zip. You can also download zip from your account page (https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/). After you install this zip, you should see “Currency Switcher for WooCommerce Pro” plugin in your plugins list.
As for key (which is needed for automatic updates) – you need to install and activate free WPFactory Helper plugin (https://wpfactory.com/helper/), which will handle automatic updates, similar as it is with free plugins and themes hosted on wordpress.org. After you install it, you will be able to enter the key.
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
TomHi,
Sorry it happened, but I can’t find a ticket from you. Could you please contact me directly on [email protected], or let me know which ticket number are you referring to?
Best regards,
TomHi,
Maybe I can login to your server and check it out? My private email is [email protected]
Best regards,
TomHi,
Yes, I’ve just re-checked it on my test server with WooCommerce v3.3.0 installed – there seems to be no issues, plugin is working fine.
Best regards,
TomHi,
Plugin settings should be in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currencies” in your admin dashboard. Could you please recheck if it’s there?
Best regards,
TomHi Christian,
Could you please update plugin to v2.3.3 and let me know if this is fixed.
Best regards,
TomHi,
We’ve just released new v2.3.2 – could you please update and let me know if the issue is still there?
Best regards,
TomHi,
As promised, we’ve added the requested option to the plugin. Please update to v1.1.1. Now in plugin’s settings (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Open Pricing”) we’ve added new “Disable quantity selector” checkbox, which will disable/enable the quantity input.
Please let me know if it’s not working as expected.
Best regards,
TomHi,
Sorry for not replying earlier.
That’s strange. There is “Cart and Checkout Behaviour” option in plugin settings, which defines if currency should be converted back to shop default currency or not, however it should act the same on *both* cart and checkout pages. Maybe it’s possible to login to your server to check what’s going on (if yes – please contact me on [email protected]).
Best regards,
TomHi Diego,
Thanks for the idea. Unfortunately at the moment even Pro version will always take first category. Hopefully this will be easily fixable – please five me 1-2 days to release new plugin version with this option added.
Best regards,
TomHi,
Yes, quantity is disabled for open pricing products. However this is easily fixable. Please give me 1-2 days to release new version, where this will be optional. If you are in a hurry, you can temporary comment single line in “/includes/class-alg-wc-product-open-pricing-core.php” file in plugin’s folder. Just comment/remove line 29 there:
add_filter( 'woocommerce_is_sold_individually', array( $this, 'hide_quantity_input_field' ), PHP_INT_MAX, 2 );
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to test it, but this should be enough to re-enable the quantity field.
Will get back to you as soon as new version is released.
Best regards,
TomHi,
Do you mean that “PayPal 0,35 EUR” fee shouldn’t be added twice? If that’s correct – could you please let me know if you are using “global” fees (i.e. for all products), or fees on “per product” basis, or both?
Best regards,
