Common Issues and Solutions

Payment gateways not appearing for assigned products/categories/tags

Solution: Double-check your configuration in the plugin settings. Ensure you’ve selected the correct sections (Categories, Tags, or Products) and that the desired payment gateways are enabled for the chosen categories/tags or individual products. Also, verify that the plugin itself is activated

Conflicting selections for include/exclude options

    • Solution: In the plugin settings, for each payment gateway and category/tag combination, ensure you only choose either “include” or “exclude”. Selecting both simultaneously will negate the effect.

Changes not reflected on the storefront

    • Solution: After making configuration changes, it’s recommended to clear your browser cache and perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) to ensure you’re seeing the updated options.
