Hi,
Could you please check if crons are enabled on your site? Please go to “WooCommerce > Status” from your admin dashboard and there check the “WordPress cron” option.
If crons are enabled and automatic XML updates still not working – maybe I could login to your server and check what’s going on? My email is [email protected]
Best regards,

We’ve just released new plugin version 1.4.0. Now in “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Order Status > General” there is new “Make custom status orders paid” checkbox.
Please let me know if it’s not working correctly or if you have any questions.
And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving us a rating.

Sorry for the delay. I’ve just added this function to our development version. Will release it today.
Hi,
This was just added in plugin version 2.2.1 – you can now use
[alg_wcac_lang]
shortcode, when setting currency symbol, e.g.:[alg_wcac_lang lang="EN" lang_symbol="AED" not_lang_symbol="د.إ"]
Hope that helps and please let me know if you have any questions.
P.S. If you like the plugin, please consider leaving us a rating.
Hi,
Sure, no problem. We’ve just released new plugin version 2.2.0, where we’ve added EOS (as well as some other cryptocurrencies).
Hope that helps.
P.S. If you like the plugin, please consider leaving us a rating.
Hi,
This is fixed in plugin version 1.2.2 (released today).
Hi,
Maybe I could login to your site (WP and preferably also FTP) and check it? If yes – my email is [email protected].
Best regards,
TomIn case anyone else has similar issues – as we figured out in private conversation – changing exchange rate server to another value (e.g. ECB) solved the issue.
Hi,
By default label and value are on the same line, so it looks like it’s some (probably theme’s) CSS that is doing this, so this should be easily fixable with some additional CSS. I could say exactly what CSS needs to be added if I could check it on your page – could you please send me the link to your site to [email protected], or post it here?
Generally it looks like you need to set:
label[for=alg_wc_msrp] { display: inline !important; }
and/or
#alg_wc_msrp { display: inline !important; }
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
TomAugust 13, 2018 at 2:53 pm in reply to: The plugin is not working properly with the WooCommerce filtering and sorting #98115Hi,
This is now fixed in plugin version 1.4.0. You need to enable “Sorting by converted price” and “Filtering by converted price” checkboxes in plugin “Advanced” settings section (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency per Product > Advanced”).
Best regards,
TomHi,
Could you please recheck if currency exchange rates are set in plugin settings? Also please try to set different exchange rates server, e.g.: “Free Currency Converter API (free.currencyconverterapi.com)”.
Best regards,
TomHi,
In case if anyone else has similar issues – as we figured out in private conversations – problem has been solved in plugin version 1.3.0. It was a compatibility issue with “WooCommerce Bulk Discount” plugin. In new version we’ve added “Save products prices” checkbox to the “Advanced Options” section (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency per Product > Advanced Options”). Enabling the checkbox solves the issue.
Hope that helps.

TomHi,
We’ve just released new plugin version 1.3.0. There we’ve added new “Save products prices” checkbox to the “Advanced Options” section (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency per Product > Advanced Options”). Could you please try enabling the checkbox – hopefully this should solve the issues you have.
P.S. I think it’s a compatibility issue with some other plugin, e.g. “WooCommerce Bulk Discount”.
Hope that helps.

TomHi,
In case if anyone else has similar issues – as we figured out in private conversations – problem is solved in plugin version 1.3.0. There we’ve added new exchange rates server option “Free Currency Converter API (free.currencyconverterapi.com)”, which updates RSD rates properly.
Also if you have issues with mini-cart widget, please try enabling “Fix mini cart” checkbox option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency per Product > Advanced Options”.

As MarieHemel pointed out – there was a bug when “User Visibility” option was left empty. This is fixed now in v2.6.2 of the plugin.
Best regards,
