ModeratorHi Dina,
Can you please try to disable the free version?

ModeratorHi Linda,
Once you add a payment gateway to the plugin settings (category, tag, or product if you use pro), all other payments will be hidden on all other categories, tags, products.
In order to show all payment gateways by default, don’t add any gateway to the “Include” section in plugin settings.
If this is not what you’re looking for, please let me know.

ModeratorHi Patrick,
Have you tried setting fixed quantity option and set it on the main (variable) product?
Enable fixed quantity from plugin settings (per product), and then on the product page, leave all plugin settings for variations untouched, and in Exact Quantity Field for the main variable product, enter 12,24,36,…
Let me know if this gets the job done for you.

ModeratorHello Benjamin,
Thanks for your feedback and happy to know you’re all good with the plugin.
If I got you correctly, this is the same product, and you’re selling per meter? In this case, when customers add 4 meters and then 3 meters, the cart will have 7 meters of the same product.
If this is the case, unfortunately this is not something the plugin does, but as a try to help you further, I found this page that can help you accomplishing this with minor tweak on your functions.php file.
Please let me know if I can be in any further assistance.

I responded to your email with the solution, but it’s bouncing back, can you please try sending me from a different email?

ModeratorHi Lilian, glad to know you got it for the first problem.
As for number two, it looks that default quantity (when you open the page) is also controlled by theme JS, you can check that by increasing quantity to 0.6 and then change it back to 0.5, it will add 0.5 to the cart.
So it looks the theme overwrites the default quantity settings by WooCommerce (which the plugin overwrites), can you please check this as well?
Here is the function that controls it by your theme.
Please let me know if you still need any further help, and if you found the support useful, please leave us a rating.

ModeratorHello Lilian,
That looks like an odd case, it’s possible that the +/- buttons are controlled by specific code, does this happen if you increase the quantity using keyboard up arrow?
Is it possible to grant access to your site to check? If so, please add my email [email protected]

ModeratorHello Ahmad & Guido,
Sorry it wasn’t an update from our side, most probably it’s because the newest WooCommerce 4 update.
We’re working to get it back fully compatible with WC 4 and will release an update very soon.

ModeratorHello Plunisher,
Do all tags (for the same product) needs to be in the same feed output? I mean for product A (variable), do these attributes create new variations, and thus are separate products?
It would be easier if you can send me details about the current XML file you have, and maybe a link to the product so I can better understand how attributes change the product.
If possible, send me at [email protected] please.

ModeratorHi Le Père l’Amer,
There are more than a way to accomplish this based on your needs.
You can set min per product, or fixed amount for the cart, fixed for the product itself, so based on your case, I think there is a solution to get it.
Please send us more details at [email protected], and we would love to help you further.
