Error message on activating plugin

    Hi!
    I hope you can help me 🙂
    I bought and downloaded the Product Quantity for WooCommerce PRO on 15th March. Because of some troubles I couldn’t try it.
    Now I installed the Plugin to my Website/Wordpress and now I get this massage:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mp_sync_on_product_save() (previously declared in /homepages/45/d699182385/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ShopDonnaStoffe/wp-content/plugins/product-quantity-for-woocommerce/product-quantity-for-woocommerce.php:218) in /homepages/45/d699182385/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ShopDonnaStoffe/wp-content/plugins/product-quantity-for-woocommerce-pro/product-quantity-for-woocommerce-pro.php on line 246

    I don’t know what to do… Can you help me with this?

    And another problem I have: I can’t download the zip-file of the plugin again. The Link I got via e-mail is empty.

    You should be able to download the latest plugin version from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/

    Hi thank you!
    I can see it now and downloaded again.
    Unfortunately it’s still the same fatal error.

    Do you have any idea what could be the reason or how I can fix it?

    Can you please try to disable the free version?
