    Hi there,

    In order to fix it, please go to the “Advanced” section and enable the “Custom “logout” function”. Please give it a try.

    Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately that has not worked. The cart is still being cleared.

    Hello Luke,

    I have a few questions:

    Are you using the checkout block or the classic checkout? Are you verifying new users before checkout or on the checkout page? Could you please send a screenshot or video to [email protected]? This will help us provide a solution more quickly.
