Hi,
We are on the Pro EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce and wanted to ask if there was a way to force Belgium Compatibility for some countries. Our org is based in Romania and we are mandated to collect VAT even for businesses with Valid VAT in Romania. This means we need the ability to set up something like, “if a business is in this country, do not exempt from VAT even if the VAT is valid”.

If your business is based in Romania and you need to collect VAT even for customers with a valid VAT number from Romania then our plugin can definitely assist with that. To set this up, please navigate to the “Validation & Progress” section of the plugin and select “Base (i.e., store) country” under the “Keep VAT in selected countries” option. This way, even if a customer from Romania enters a valid VAT number, the VAT will still be applied as required.
