Conditional Logic in Checkout

I am using the EU VAT plugin for my checkout. However, i would like to only show the VAT field based on conditional logic. For this, i am using the Checkout Manager by QuadLayers, but i am not seeing the VAT field in the list of current billing fields.

What i am trying to achieve is to only show the VAT field when the order is placed by a company (there’s 2 radio buttons at the start for conditional logic; Private / Business)
