I can’t get the VAT to disappear when the VAT is valid. I have set all the settings correctly but it always keeps the VAT even when the VAT number is valid.
I also have a plugin connection with Stripe

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re encountering.
The plugin should work properly with the default settings, but since VAT is not being removed after validation, please try the following steps:

Make sure the “Remove VAT for validated numbers” option is enabled.

Enable debug mode under WPFactory > EU VAT > Admin tab, then check the error log after validating a VAT number.

Check the “Keep VAT for selected countries” option under WPFactory > EU VAT > Validation tab, and ensure it is disabled—unless you specifically want VAT to be kept for certain countries.
If you’ve reviewed the above settings and the VAT is still not being removed, please share screenshots or a screen recording of your plugin settings page, along with your site URL, and I’ll be happy to investigate the issue further, you can sent it to our support email ([email protected]) or here if you added the screenshots to third party website.
