Clears WooCommerce Cart | Any Workaround?

    Hi guys,

    Love the basic premise of this plugin, to help with security of user registrations.

    However, we require users to register before checking out (purchasing goods), but when using this plugin to verify new users it clears the users cart.

    Is there any workaround for this?

    When we deactivate your plugin, things work well.

    Hi there,

    In order to fix it, please go to the “Advanced” section and enable the “Custom “logout” function”. Please give it a try.

    Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately that has not worked. The cart is still being cleared.

    Hello Luke,

    I have a few questions:

    Are you using the checkout block or the classic checkout? Are you verifying new users before checkout or on the checkout page? Could you please send a screenshot or video to [email protected]? This will help us provide a solution more quickly.
