Hi Tom,
I am working on a shop using the PRO plugin using Woocommerce in German.
There are 3 shipping zones, in one of them (with several postcodes) customers can choose Free Delivery. But the have to spend MIN SUM of 52,50 (should be €)
In the plugin section shipping MIN SUM of 52,50 is activated for this shipping zone.

With the postcode 90762 You would be within this shipping zone – if You want to try.
