I am just trying to understand your set up a little better to be able to help you.
Is it a must for customers to buy a membership first? Can they buy products without a membership?
If they can buy products without a membership, is the minimum spend of 200 still required?
i already set one product membership. new customers which willing to purchase that membership must purchase that membership + other product from all categories with minimum initial purchase 200..

In that case here are the steps you would need to follow to set this up, In the plugin’s settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount)
General tab> Order Min/Max amount enable
General tab> Amount limits > Minimum
General tab> Amount types > Sum
General tab> Block checkout process > Enable (depending on your requirement)
Products tab> Per product category > EnableThen in your WordPress dashboard got to Products > Categories and edit the relevant category. Here you will find a new field for Minimum sum, set it as 200.
