Unable to verify with email link

Hi

The user/customer is unable to verify their account once they click the link in the email. User receives the email with verify link, once clicking on the link it will redirect them to the account dashboard but doesn’t verify the actual account.

I can verify them manually through the Users page in WordPress but need them to verify the email address themselves.

Please advise what to do as the plugin is useless without the link working
