Hello Perma,
Can you please send this plugin to [email protected]?
I can try to make it compatible, but probably only the pro version will be thoughDecember 3, 2020 at 8:32 pm in reply to: Why is the Add “Delete Users Frequency” option not working properly? #101214Hi Benjamin,
Maybe it could be something else.
Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check whatβs going on?

December 2, 2020 at 3:50 pm in reply to: Is it possible to consider shipping in cost calculation? #89486Thanks, first of all π
Have you tried our option Shipping to profit?
If you use it along with the “Extra Costs: Shipping Methods” option I believe you may achieve what you wantDecember 1, 2020 at 10:35 pm in reply to: Is it possible to export the costs for each product/variation? #89490Hi Dave,
If you need to export the data, you can use any export tool you’re used to, including the default one from WooCommerce.
The meta we use for the cost value is_alg_wc_cog_cost
even for variations.

November 30, 2020 at 7:30 pm in reply to: Why am I getting an error when trying to recalculate? #89488Hi Ondrej,
Considering the error message, please try to disable these 2 options:
– Orders > Admin Order Edit > Shipping to profit
– Orders > Admin Order Edit > Fees to profit
That should stop the errors for now.Meanwhile, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check whatβs going on?
If possible, please send it to [email protected]β WooCommerce shipping Cost: 4.99
This is how I called the default shipping provided by WooCommerce on the Shipping tabβ COG shipping cost: 4.5
This is a section inside the Cost of Goods plugin. You can find it in “Extra Costs: Shipping Methods“. You have to enable the section first on Extra shipping costs and then you can simply fill a fixed cost related to the shipping method you’re using.Hi Spiros,
Sorry for the delay.
To get these results, I believe you could set it like this:– Product price: 12
– Product cost: 6
– WooCommerce shipping Cost: 4.99
– COG shipping cost: 4.5And you’d also have to enable this option:
– Shipping to profitLet me know if you need more help

November 24, 2020 at 1:12 am in reply to: Why do I get an error message when I click on the activation link? #101212Hi Ruben,
Can you please make sure that you’re using the most recent version of WooCommerce and the Email Verification plugin?
Hello Spiros,
Regarding the shipping, please check if this option can help you:
– Orders > Calculations > Shipping to profitRegarding your other question about order status, please try these 2 options:
– Tools & Reports > Reports > Orders report: Order status
– Orders > Admin Orders List Columns > Order statusesHi Spiros,
If you need to add this shipping value of 4.50 for all the orders, you could enable “Extra Costs: Shipping Methods > Extra shipping costs” and then you’d just have to setup the value there by shipping method.
If you just want to do that for a specific order, you could enable:
“- Orders > Per Order > Shipping fee”After that you would have to recalculate the orders.
Let me know if it helps π
Thanks for the info Glen,
I ended up setting a “Manual min amount” of $99 for you on the plugin’s settings and I think it did the trick π
Let me know if it works for you now π
Hi Glen,
Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
If it’s possible, please send it to [email protected]If you’re trying to use the
