ModeratorHello Chun,
It looks the checkout quantity page is set (fixed) to read integer numbers, if you right-click >> inspect element the quantity field in the checkout page, you will see that it under “Value”, it reads the closest integer number.
Can I have access to the store to check further? Please add [email protected]. If not, can you please check the related setting for the quantity field in the theme? Because the default in WooCommerce is text not quantity input field.

ModeratorHello Angelos,
Sorry we missed your first comment.
Can you please give more details about the error, where & when do you see it? Are you using latest PHP? It seems like a timeout issue that’s related to the server (hosting) response.
If you can share more details (feel free to send us directly at [email protected]) that would help us troubleshoot.

Have you tried the “Variable Products Options” section on General tab?

ModeratorHello Ahmad,
I think I got you well, to start, the plugin doesn’t do any control over pricing, so you will be managing pricing per pallet & truck using other plugins or code.
The plugin will allow you to define different minimum & step quantity for each variation, but to be clear, you’ll define the main product as 1 Milk Carton, and then define a step quantity for the Pallet, so when customers select the variation (Pallet), they will be able to select 28, 56, etc.
The same applies to truck, you define it as a different variation, and step quantity for it will be 616.
I hope this is what you’re looking for, if not, I can provide you with a demo access so you can test it yourself before making a purchase.

ModeratorHi,
You need to enable it per product, as you see in this screenshot:

ModeratorI’m afraid I can’t think of any right now, having many steps for every product isn’t an option in the current plugin, I will add it to future releases but can’t guarantee it soon.
Sorry about that, but if I found a way, I will let you know for sure.

ModeratorHi Tarmo,
I’ve tried editing the quantity on this demo page:
https://mgana.la-studioweb.com/furniture/product/ameesi-flower-floral-pattern-square/
But as you said, it looks the theme doesn’t accept decimal steps even if I update the step to decimal (by inspecting the field element).Unfortunately, we haven’t worked on such issues, what I recommend is that if you’re still under support period with theme developer, inquire them about this field and how it sets the step, if not, you might want to dig a little in its code to see what overwrites the decimal step.
Please let us know if we can be in any furhter assistance.

ModeratorHi Dorian,
If the maximum number of quantity is set for the products, this can be done using two features of the plugin:
1- Fixed quantity: Where you will limit the quantity to 3,5,6,9,10,12,15,18,20,21,24.
2- Quantity drop down: Which will list the quantity options in a dropdown menu, like this screenshot:
