    Hello I need help to limit the purchase of products in membership and in category I have tried to do it according to your documentation but it does not work for me, what could I do.

    Hi,

    I assume you are using the Formula to set the limits. Could you please share the formula you are using, generally it should look like

    [alg_wc_mppu limit=”5″ term_id=”16″ membership_plan=”basic”] In this example, the maximum limit is 5 for category ID 16 and membership plan basic. This is just an example. You need to replace the correct values according to your setup.

    Also remember to enable the Formula section and under the Limits tab enable the Per product category option. Under the General tab make sure the relevant order statuses are selected.
