If the Price Update: Bulk Pricing Editor for WooCommerce reports success but prices look unchanged, the most common cause is clicking Preview prices instead of the red Change prices button, since a preview never saves. Also check that Multiply all product prices by is not 0, that no filter excludes your products, and that your caches are cleared.
You clicked Preview, not Change #
Preview prices only shows a table of what would change; it never saves. To apply, click the red Change prices button and confirm the prompt.
Multiply is set to 0 #
The tool skips the entire run when Multiply all product prices by is 0. If you only want to use Direct price, Add, or another field, leave Multiply at its default of 1. A Multiply of 0 cancels everything, even the other fields.
A filter is excluding your products #
- Check the Products category, Products tag, and any attribute dropdown. If one is set to a group that your products are not in, nothing matches.
- None in the category dropdown targets only products with no category, which is often empty. Use Any for the whole store.
You changed the wrong price type #
If Price type to modify is set to Sale prices only, products with no sale price are left alone. Set it to Both or Regular prices only to touch regular prices.
The change ran but the storefront still shows the old price #
- Clear any page or object cache and your CDN, then reload.
- For variable products, the tool updates the parent and its variations. If a variation price still looks stale in sorting or filtering, open the product and click Update once to refresh WooCommerce’s price index.
A large catalog times out #
On stores with many thousands of products the query can time out mid-run. Go to WPFactory > Bulk Price Converter and lower Block size (fewer products per query) or raise Time limit, then run the change again.
Still not working? #
Send us the fields you set and a screenshot of the preview on the Bulk Price Editor support forum.
