Currently seriously considering this plugin, tried free version, but not 100% what we were looking for. If it can do what we are looking for then I don’t mind buying pro version.
Is it possible to make a specific order change order status at a given date (datepicker)? But inputting x days (to wait until automatic order status change) in a form instead is good enough aswell.
The case example would be that a customer places an order of a product, and then calls us afterwards asking to wait with delivery for 23 days because he needs to wait for a technician to install it. Now usually this would be written in the order notes etc, but life happens and promises of delivery might be forgotten
