[translate] shortcode conflict with other builtin shortcodes

We have run into an issue with the translate shortcode.

We’re also using the WPML plugin, and based on this forum answer (https://wpfactory.com/support/reply/106647/ ), we used the translate shortcode to translate the custom emails created by your plugin.

However, after adding it, our shortcodes stopped working properly.For example, This is the content field of our email template:

[translate lang="DE"]
Vielen Dank für die Bestellung bei RePan. Die Pfannen werden aus dem Lager zusammengestellt. Eine Benachrichtigung folgt beim Versand.

[order_details]
{order_details}
[order_billing_address]
[order_shipping_address]
[/translate]

[translate lang="FR"]
FR language text….
[/translate]

[translate lang="EN"]
EN language text….
[/translate]

The shortcodes inside the [translate] tags aren’t working in any languages.

Could you please advise on how to fix this issue?
