"I don't actually know my margin."
WooCommerce reports revenue. It does not report profit. You don't know which products lose you money, which suppliers raised costs, or what refunds actually cost. You've been pricing by gut feel.
WooCommerce gets you 80% there. The last 20%, real margin per SKU, free shipping bars, EU VAT, dynamic pricing, order minimums, is fifty separate plugins from fifty separate vendors. We ship all 50. One support team. One $499 payment, 50% off the regular $999.
Composite preview, each tile is enabled by a different WPFactory plugin. Numbers shown are typical, not real-time.
Each moment has the same shape: WooCommerce shows you a number, you realize it's missing something, you go looking for a plugin. We probably already make it.

You're paying to acquire each customer. They check out with $40 in their cart. A free shipping threshold at $60 would have nudged them to add one more item, orders qualifying for free shipping average 30% higher in value.[1]
B2B customers expect their VAT number to be validated. OSS rates apply differently per country. Reverse charge is a thing. WooCommerce ships with basic tax tables, that's it. You need VIES validation, OSS automation, B2B exemption handling.
B2C customers see one price. B2B customers should see another, minus 30%, maybe minus 50%, depending on volume. Or tiered: $10 unit price at 1-10, $8 at 11-50, $6 at 51+. WooCommerce can't do this natively. You need dynamic pricing rules.
A $6 order can cost more to pick, pack, and ship than it brings in, and WooCommerce will happily take it. You need a minimum order amount, a floor set by cart total, quantity, or customer role, so you stop losing money on orders too small to be worth fulfilling.
Supplier raised costs by 8% across a category. Or you want to apply a 15% margin to 200 products at once. Or import 5,000 SKUs from a CSV. WooCommerce admin is one-product-at-a-time. You need bulk-edit tools.

For a store doing $200k/year. Conservative numbers, third-party citations.
Wharton (David Bell) research, widely cited by Walker Sands & Baymard. Free Shipping Bar plugin makes this trivial to implement.
Stores running without granular COGS tracking typically discover 10-15 percentage points of recoverable margin via repricing & supplier renegotiation. Cost of Goods plugin surfaces the data.
RIPT Apparel case study (graphic t-shirts, $69 threshold). Real published A/B test result. Threshold tuning matters, set it ~30% above current AOV.
Even taking only one of these levers, the plugin pays for itself in the first month. All Access ($499 once) costs less than a month of that margin gain on most stores.
Built-in restraint: we'd rather you not need 50 plugins than oversell.
No dark patterns, no "14-day trial then locked out", no "upgrade required" walls in features you were already using. Pay once and own it. Every plugin is GPL-licensed, so you keep the code and can run it forever, on a lifetime license instead of a forced annual renewal.
Plugins are designed for store owners, not developers. Settings panels use checkboxes and dropdowns. Real-time previews. Sensible defaults that work out of the box. If you can configure WooCommerce, you can configure us.
Email support is included with every Pro license, and All Access customers get priority handling. The engineers who build the plugins stand behind them. Critical compatibility breaks are usually fixed fast via a patch release.

I use two plugins on my WooCommerce store from WPfactory. Both do exactly as I need. Cost of Goods to monitor my margins and Stock Monitor to help keep watch over stock issues from different staff adding items. I have needed help setting up COGS and WPfactory were quick to help. Got it working. Very quickly for my setup. Great plugins and better customer support.
I had a little issue combining the plugin with the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin and an update with a fix was available after 2 days already! Great plugin and excellent support.

If you'll use 3+ plugins, All Access is cheaper than buying single lifetimes. The math is just math.
Annual: 1 site. Or $199 once for unlimited sites with lifetime updates. Sensible if you'll only ever use one plugin.
