    Hi!

This is what I want to achieve: I want to provide a discount of 20% for one single users role (e.g. Administrator).

I installed your plugin, In the tab Amount by user role I put 20% value for the wanted user role.

After these settings were done, the prices are not changed.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Please advise!

    Hi Daniel,

I hope you’re doing well. My apologies for the delayed response.

I’m not sure why it didn’t work for you—perhaps a setting was missed? I just tested it on my end, and it seems to be working correctly. For example, I set up a coupon code “new”, and when used by an administrator, it applies a 100% discount, whereas for a customer, it applies a 50% discount.

Please note that this feature is only available in the Pro version. If you’re using the free version, it won’t be accessible.

To guide you through the setup, I’ve provided a screenshot here: https://postimg.cc/gallery/76XGK5t.

    Here’s how to configure it:

    1. Enable Availability: Go to the plugin settings and ensure the feature is activated.

    2. Set Discounts by User Role: Navigate to Amounts, enable Amount by User Role and Per Coupon options.

    3. Adjust Coupon Settings: Go to the specific coupon settings and define the discount amounts per user role.

    4. Test It: Try applying the coupon as both an administrator and a customer to see the different discount amounts.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance—I’d be happy to help!
